Wize Mirror, a tool developed as part of the European SEMEIOTICONS project, is an advanced multi-sensor device similar to a mirror, capable of recording, analysing and interpreting signs on the human face in order to estimate the risk of developing cardiovascular or metabolic disease. Wize Mirror is an authentic diagnostic instrument that incorporates a 3D scanner, multi-spectral cameras and depth sensors. The mirror examines the face analysing the skin, facial expressions and colour. After the software has processed all the data collected, the mirror calculates a score indicating the state of health and offers advice on how to improve your wellbeing.
