On 18 June 2017, a law came into force to protect victims of cyber-bullying. Together with Senator Elena Ferrara, the first signatory of the law and teacher of a child from Novara who committed suicide due to cyber-bullying four years ago, we will discuss the delicate topic of preventing cyber-bullying.
